Below you will find our Refund and Returns Policy, designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.
Return Eligibility
All products sold by iPhone Wholesale LLC, including wholesale iPhone pallets, must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and free from damage not caused during shipping.
- Returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Due to the nature of wholesale sales, partial returns are not accepted. Entire pallets or bulk orders must be returned as a whole.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note:
- A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, actual shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges and Replacements
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same product or provide a replacement unit. Please contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect or shipping damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened accessories such as phone casings, chargers, and cables.
- Items sold as “clearance” or “final sale.”
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Wholesale Pallets Policy
We are pleased to offer carefully curated wholesale pallets at competitive prices:
- Mini Pallet (10–15 units): $1,500
- Small Pallet (50–70 units): $3,500
- Medium Pallet (80–100 units): $5,500
- Large Pallet (120+ units): $8,500
Each pallet contains a mix of popular iPhone models from iPhone 11 Pro Max up to iPhone 16 Pro Max. All units are fully functional and thoroughly inspected before shipping. Returns are accepted only for full pallets, not individual devices.
